PARTS OPERATION

The Parts operation of the Product Support group is responsible for supporting the parts needs of Prentice and Hydro-Ax equipment dealers and their customers. Operating out of the Product Support Center, located in Zebulon, North Carolina, the Parts operation maintains over 27,000 pieces in a 35,000 square foot warehouse. The Sales desk is manned by 6 Parts Analysts who are available to answer all dealer questions regarding parts availability, and parts pricing, as well as take orders. The Parts Analysts work hand in hand with the service group where required, to ensure that parts for each Prentice and Hydro-Ax machine are properly identified. This arrangement is complimented with a comprehensive machine file listing.
